This is the year-round resident. He's here almost every morning, looking for a bath, food & keeping the other hummers away. I so enjoy these lovely birds.
Ah, the resident bird invites others to follow! Lovely. I too leave big cities to young folks; besides, who needs the hustle and bustle of crowds and sellers. I'm staying home too, to watch my birds and my deer.

Oh my he's a beauty. Two years ago we had a mother make her nest in our patio chandelier. It was so much fun to see wee eggs and babies.
