Gone to Seed

I have let my cilantro grow & it has been blooming and if I were to quit watering it, the seeds would dry.  


In the center you can see the pods that would turn to seeds.

    I've tried to grow cilantro and it's just been alot of trouble. I use alot of it, and it always goes to see quickly. It's been easier to just buy it. I have to grow ALOT of it to keep up with what I cook and I never have enough!

    Some of those herbs bolt so quickly! I can never seem to keep up with my dill.

    It's so pretty, Joani! I know you aren't supposed to let them flower, but I'm thinking you should just have two sets of herbs -- one to cook with and one to just enjoy looking at!
